Minneapolis

• BonXai cafe
  • Underrated and overgood for the price. Odd menu, lots of variety from asian to italian.
• Solera
  • Great tapas, trendy bar. Went here for my senior prom, they treated us great.

Ann Arbor

• Eve
  • By far the best food in Ann Arbor. Eve, the chef, is a Cordon Bleu graduate and it shows. She focuses on locally grown, organic ingredients. We sat at the bar, the tenders were friendly, social, and very knowledgeable. My party bought a copy of her cook book, and have successfully recreated some of her masterpieces.

• Zingerman's
  • Best sandwich place in town, if a little expensive. Zingerman's roadhouse, owned by the same guy, is just as good with a full menu. He focuses on getting the best ingredients for everything from around the world. Wisconsin cheddar, Nueske's bacon, italian olive oil, etc.
